> I’ve been working on a personal Barad-dûr project for quite some time. I’m a 3D artist with a particular passion for creating huge, detailed environments, and The Lord of the Rings has been a massive inspiration for me over the years. The idea is to create a 60-second continuous journey starting at the bottom of Barad-dûr and travelling all the way up to the Eye of Sauron. I’ve just completed the final section and thought some of you might enjoy seeing it. I tried to create my own interpretation of the tower while still keeping the visual language of the films. Full breakdown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5d5iKQNhH_I I also update my progress on the project here, for anyone interested: https://www.instagram.com/zivcg/
